fermented coconut water benefits

1- kefir milk

The high probiotic content in kefir makes it an ideal ingredient for skin and hair recipes. Kefir helps eliminate toxins that may damage the skin. Digestive probiotics help promote more effective absorption of vitamins and minerals thereby helping the skin achieve glow and reduce signs of aging. And when it comes to hair, kefir cleanses the scalp well and soothes scalp inflammation. It also helps fight dandruff and promotes hair growth. Kefir is very useful in moisturizing the scalp and it is known to prevent hair loss, enhance its density and shine, and prevent split ends.

2- Coconut water

The benefits of coconut water for hair and skin are plentiful and amazing. Contains antimicrobial lauric acid. Helps protect against skin infections, fights acne, moisturizes and rehydrates the skin by nourishing the skin because it contains multiple sugars and amino acids. When it comes to hair, coconut helps reduce hair fall, treats dandruff and dry scalp, and tames flyaway hair.

Ingredients:

3 cups of soft coconut water
1 to 2 tablespoons of kefir grains
1 to 2 tablespoons of milk kefir
Yogurt

Recipe:

To prepare fermented coconut water, take 3 cups of coconut water and add equal amounts of kefir grains and kefir milk. Yogurt can be added, but it is optional. Mix them well and let them ferment for 2 to 4 days in a warm place. During this time, the bacteria in the coconut water eat the sugars and help form the beneficial probiotics.

Gently massage the scalp with fermented coconut water and then cover your head with a shower cap. Leave it on for two hours and follow by washing hair with a mild shampoo.

If you want to apply it to the skin, store it in a dropper bottle or spray bottle and use it as a face mask and wash it off after 15 minutes. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer.
