“Concrete Plus” acquires new business worth EGP 3.3 billion

Concrete Plus Engineering and Construction Company recently acquired a volume of new businesses and projects for the benefit of the state and the private sector, at a total cost of about EGP 3.3 billion.

Engineer Tariq Youssef, managing director of Concrete Plus, said in exclusive statements to Al Mal that his company is carrying out work for the New Urban Communities Authority with the “Sawary” project, which is an integrated residential project located west of Carrefour in Alexandria at an estimated cost of EGP 2 billion.

He added that “Sawary” extends over an area of ​​417.63 acres, and the area of ​​the first phase of it is 120 acres. It includes the implementation of 15 residential towers consisting of “basement and grounds” in addition to 12 floors consisting of fully finished residential units at the highest level, in addition to road works and special facilities. In the project, pointing out that the first phase is scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2022.

Youssef pointed out that his company also acquired contracts worth about one billion pounds in one of the Ministry of Interior projects.

On the other hand, the managing director of Concrete Plus explained that his company also recently won a new business package from Hyde Park Real Estate Development, with a total volume of nearly EGP 300 million, and it had implemented a number of executive packages for Hyde Park.

Concrete Plus acquires a business portfolio whose contracts are estimated at between 15 to 22 billion pounds. The company is interested in strengthening its arms in the field of specialized contracting so that it can expand the quality of projects and provide an entity that can be relied upon to implement its projects in an integrated manner.
